LF LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Tbilisi, Georgia, operates the LeadzFlow platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing details provided during registration.
• Usage data: Log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and feature interactions within the platform.
• Job and customer data: Information you enter into the platform about your clients, jobs, technicians, and business operations.
• Communications data: SMS messages sent and received through the platform, and call recordings made through the QC call feature.
• Payment data: Billing and payment information processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Device data: Device identifiers and push notification tokens for in-app notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Process subscription payments and send billing communications.
• Send transactional notifications (account alerts, SMS to technicians) as part of the Service.
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries.
• Monitor platform usage to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Call Recordings

If you use the QC call monitoring feature, calls between your technicians and clients are recorded and stored. It is your responsibility to inform all parties that calls may be recorded and to comply with all applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to state wiretapping statutes and TCPA). We provide the infrastructure; compliance with consent requirements is your obligation.

5. SMS Communications

SMS messages sent through the platform are transmitted via Telnyx and are subject to their data handling practices. Message content may be retained in our systems as part of your account's communication history. We use A2P 10DLC-registered numbers to send messages; you are responsible for maintaining proper opt-in records for your recipients.

6. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with trusted vendors (Telnyx, Stripe, Railway, and others) who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or government request.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and business records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically 90 days) to allow for account recovery. Call recordings are retained for up to 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

9. Cookies and Tracking

The LeadzFlow web application uses session cookies and local storage to maintain your login state. The landing site may use analytics tools to understand visitor behavior. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not function correctly without them.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
• Receive a portable copy of your data.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
