Inbound replies from techs do not count against your quota. SMS is sent through A2P 10DLC-registered Twilio numbers.
QC (quality control) minutes are the total duration of monitored calls made through the LeadzFlow QC system. When a tech dials a client through the platform's QC number, the call is bridged and recorded. Each minute of bridged call time counts against your monthly QC minutes. Unused minutes do not roll over.
